As a Sculptor and Designer, Philippos is fascinated by the beauty of the organic world and its diverse offerings across countries and continents. Unusually, this collection is inspired by the urban metropolis of New York City. Yet it is not the skyscrapers themselves that these jewellery pieces symbolise, it is the reflections and distortions that play on their bright surfaces. Tall, tightly packed and rigid structures reflect the expanse of the natural world: the golden shining sun, the drops of heavy rain and the passing shapes of busy human life.
