We want you to love your new jewellery. However, if you are not satisfied with our product, you may withdraw from the transaction within 14 days (Directive 2011/83/EU), return the product, and receive a full refund, without prejudice to the relevant rules as presented right below. In the unlikely event that one of our products is delivered defective or damaged, it may be returned and replaced or refunded, provided that this situation is noted upon delivery and duly reported without delay.

 

We may ask you to provide us with information about your order and/or photographs of the product, and we will be delighted to provide you with our repair services. Therefore, please keep the receipt, the packaging, and/or the accompanying documents.

 

THE RULES

• Condition: Items must be returned unworn, in pristine condition, and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear.
• Return Shipping: Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
• Exchanges: In the case of an exchange, we are happy to cover the shipping cost of sending the new replacement item to you.

 

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS (EXCEPTIONS): To protect our quality and hygiene standards, the following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned:

• Earrings: For hygiene reasons, all earring sales are final.
• Bespoke & Personalized: Any item that has been engraved, specifically modified, or designed to your unique measurements (including non-standard ring sizes or custom stones).

 

HOW TO RETURN

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Email Us: contact@papadopoulosjewellery.com within 14 days of delivery to inform us of your return.
2. Pack Securely: Place the jewellery securely in its original box and packaging to ensure it is protected during transit.

REFUND PROCESSING: We will issue your refund via the original payment method. Please allow up to 15 days from the moment we receive your return for the refund to be processed.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

We cooperate with well-established courier companies throughout Europe. (e.g., ELTA, ACS, DHL).

The shipping costs are as follows: 

• Greece: €15  (Free on orders over €200)

• European Union: €25 (Free on orders over €300)

• Rest of the World: €35 (Free on orders over €500)

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES & TAXES (NON-EU): For orders shipped outside the European Union (e.g., USA, UK, Switzerland, Australia), the customer is responsible for all applicable customs duties and local import taxes. Local authorities may hold your order until these charges are paid. Please note: If you return an item, we cannot refund duties or taxes, as these are collected by your local government, not by us.

For heavy items, extra charges may apply.

All delivered goods are accompanied by the appropriate receipt/invoice. For EU countries gifts may be delivered only with simple shipping documents, while their receipt/invoice may be sent via e-mail to an appointed receiver.

 

ORDERING OUR PRODUCTS

Please allow 3-5 business days of processing time for standard orders, with potential delays during public holidays. Custom-made pieces require approximately 14 days for production. You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

In case of an event of Force Majeure, such as, but not limited to fires, explosions, earthquakes, drought, tidal waves, floods, pandemics, epidemics, wars, hostilities, invasion, act of foreign enemies, terrorist acts, mobilisation, requisition, acts of sabotage or embargo, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, or military or usurped power, civil war, contamination by radio-activity from any nuclear fuel, radio-active toxic explosive or other hazardous properties of any explosive nuclear assembly, riot, commotion, strikes, go slows, lock outs or disorder, decisions or instructions of supervisory bodies, administrative or judicial authorities, interruptions or damages of telecommunication networks, we are not responsible for any breach of the present terms due to actual/objective inability.
