For Non-EU Orders: Customers are responsible for any local customs duties or taxes. These are collected by your local government, and we cannot refund these costs if an item is returned.

We want you to love your new jewellery. If the piece isn't perfect, you have 14 days from receipt to request a return or exchange.

The Rules:

• Condition: Items must be unworn, in pristine condition, and in their original packaging.
• Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Exceptions (Non-Refundable Items): To protect our quality and hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns on:

1. Earrings: For hygiene reasons, all earring sales are final.
2. Bespoke & Personalized Pieces: Any item that has been engraved, or specifically modified/designed for you (e.g., specific non-standard ring sizes or custom stones), is final sale.

Because our jewellery is hand-forged using natural materials, slight variations in stone shade or texture may occur. These are not defects; they are the fingerprint of the maker—proof that your piece is truly one of a kind.

We use European standard sizing for all our rings. If you know your size in another system (like US, UK, or HK sizing), please refer to our Size Guide to find your corresponding European size.

Our standard collection sizes range from European size 50 to 57. It typically takes us 3-5 business days to process and prepare these sizes for shipment, though this may take a little longer around public holidays.

Please contact us to order rings outside our standard range (smaller than 50 or larger than 57). Because these sizes are custom-crafted to order, they require approximately 2 weeks of additional production time before shipping. Please note that all custom-sized orders are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Yes, every piece arrives in our signature jewelry box. We also include a matching gift bag and a seal sticker on the side. This allows you to open the box and inspect your new piece upon arrival, then place it in the bag and seal it yourself when you are ready to gift it.

Rest assured, we never include pricing on the packing slip. You can gift with confidence knowing the value remains private.

Our solid gold pieces are designed to be modern heirlooms, durable enough for everyday wear.

Water & Wear: Solid gold is resilient and can withstand water. However, to keep the shine brilliant, we suggest removing it during heavy exercise or harsh cleaning.

Cleaning Ritual: Simply soak in warm water with a drop of mild dish soap. Use a soft brush to gently clear any debris from the textured details.

Polishing: For high-polish areas, a jewelry cloth works wonders. For our signature matte or textured finishes, avoid aggressive rubbing to preserve the unique depth of the design.

Our demi-fine collection features a thick layer of gold over high-quality sterling silver. These pieces require a little extra mindfulness to protect the golden finish.

• The "No Water" Rule: Unlike solid gold, water and chemicals can affect the lifespan of the plating. Always remove these pieces before showering, swimming, or washing your hands.
• Scent First, Sparkle Second: Apply perfumes, lotions, and hair products before putting on your jewelry. The chemicals in beauty products are the #1 cause of fading.
• Storage: When not in use, store your piece in its pouch. Exposure to air and humidity can cause the silver base to tarnish over time.
• Gentle Touch: Never use chemical dips or abrasive polishes on gold vermeil. If it needs brightening, gently wipe it with a soft, dry cotton cloth.

Natural stones are beautiful but can be sensitive. Avoid exposing gemstone rings to hot water or thermal shock, and protect them from hard knocks to prevent chipping.
